Come enjoy our first full moon sound bath of 2023 the wolf moon is all about new beginnings and the conquest of light over darkness as the days finally begin growing longer. Using sound therapy you get to take an hour time out of your busy life and allow your body to relax and release blockages.

About the event
Feel free to bring a yoga mat (if you have one if you don't no worries, we have 24 available), pillows, blankets, or anything you need to comfortably lay on the ground and soak up the sound waves. PJ's and sweats are totally acceptable to wear. Its whatever you feel most comfortable in! For 1 hour, you will take a time out from your busy life, close your eyes, and just relax while allowing your body to release energetic blockages with sound therapy.
Sound therapy has been around for over 40,000 years. It works by using sound vibrations to open up energetic blockages in your body. In this sound bath, we will use crystal singing bowls and a rain stick. The crystal bowls when played send a vibration that you can feel in your body.
