At Awakened Warrior, Carly focuses primarily on helping others reach their best and highest selves through informed and conscious choices. She is a certified health, holds a degree in psychology, and has more than a decade of experience in the varied fields of nutrition, mindfulness, and holistic healing. She provides personalized guidance for individual clients and also instructs workshops and courses in complete body and spirit health practice and theory. Her conviction, enthusiasm, and expansive knowledge engages clients and students while providing a comfortable and inviting space to explore the roads to a more complete person.
