About the Class~
The class will be about the world of Mycology and specifically the functional side of mushrooms. There won't be any discussion about psychedelic mushrooms. The ones I am referring to won't give you a psychedelic effect; however, they may provide many health benefits, such as boosted cognitive function and nervous system repair and improvement.
About the Presenter~
I, Austin Webster, have lived in Evanston for my whole life (22 years) and have always wanted to start my own business. When I was younger, I would paint paper plates and cups, thinking I wanted to be a party planner. Of course, no one showed up because I didn't plan for the party. I was a pediatric medical assistant for one of the local doctors here in Evanston, which instilled in me a lot of sterile practices and habits that I use every day in my business. I am super passionate about mushrooms. Typically, mushrooms are associated with "hippies" or herbalists, but I am trying to get everyone, especially those aged 18 to 36, to join me.
