I have five kids. One adopted from Africa, one China, one statewide and biological twins. My husband aptly named us the Panda family because we are black, white and Asian! I began my health journey in 2006 and love all things healthy and delicious, especially sourdough! Sourdough has so many health benefits and is absolutely delicious. I also love Iridology and helping others searching for a healthier lifestyle.
