Service Description
Mindee K Olliff, Saige Ellingford, Kendra Hughes are teaming up and joining the Galentine's Train because friendship absolutely should be celebrated! Come join us and commend your body's ability to move and release. We will start with a 45 min yoga class with Mindee followed by a 45 min sound bath with Saige and Kendra. Call your favorite Gals and invite them to celebrate your friendship! Cost is $20 we encourage you to bring pillows and blankets to be more comfortable during the sound bath. No props are need but if there is anything you prefer to be more comfortable you are welcome to bring it. You are also welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours. All board the friendship train!!! Can we get a TOOT TOOT!
