Service Description
New moons provide us with a wonderful opportunity to set intentions! And this new moon is in Aquarius which is all about admitting and going after our big dreams. We are talking about those big dreams that scare you not those easily attainable goals. Please feel free to bring a pillow and or blanket to make you more comfortable. We have plenty of yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own if you like too. Sound therapy has been around for over 40,000 years. It works by using sound vibrations to open up energetic blockages in your body. In this sound bath, we will use crystal singing bowls, a rain stick, and a steel tongue drum. The crystal bowls when played send a vibration that you can feel in your body. We will also have practitioners walking around to help assist with moving energy through your body as well. We will begin with a short meditation helping you become more aware of the Earths natural energy of the Snow Moon. When we can be more aware of what is naturally at play it allows us to be on offense instead of defense. We hope you can join us!
